My training, diploma, and certifications are obtained from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in Tarzana, California, which is:

​1. Accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

2. Accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

3. Approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a provider for continuing education credits for California licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and licensed Clinical Social Workers.

4. Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) as a provider of continuing education credits for Registered Nurses.

5. Approved by the Dental Board of California (DBC) as a provider of continuing education credits for licensed Dentists and Dental Assistants.

6. Approved by the Hypnotherapists Union Local 472 as an educational provider for Certification in Hypnotherapy.

Mattie is a member of American Hypnosis Association and certified as a Hypnotherapist by the Hypnotherapists Union Local No. 472. She is also a lifetime member and certified as a Hypnotherapist by International Hypnosis Association since 2016.
