48 hours of notice are required for all cancellations or changes of scheduled appointments (for all services) via email at [email protected] OR contact at 207-710-9288 (call/text).   

No Shows or missing a scheduled appointment (for all individual services/trainings/workshops) without prior cancellation or rescheduling, or canceling with less than 48 hours of notice, will be charged to me at the CURRENT FULL RATE.

PRIVATE GROUP CPR CLASSES/TRAININGS at clients' locations:

 ALL private group training bookings MUST BE CONFIRMED with Mattie Dionne at Dionne Empowerment LLC via EMAIL ([email protected]) or PHONE (207-710-9288) BEFORE making a group training booking!   

Maximum # of Students: 10

Minimum # of Students: 8

There will be NO REFUND if there are less than 8 participants showing up for the scheduled date for the training unless there are additional class dates at your location in the near future and an arrangement has been made at least 10 business days in advance. Rescheduling for a private group class due to inclement weather (such as snowstorms or hurricanes) will be honored and arranged with the client's next available training date and time.   

Full Refund or Rescheduling will be available to the participants when a scheduled class at Bangor office is canceled due to inclement weather (such as snowstorms or hurricanes).
